Very nice, original, Confederate discharge. Sgt. La Fayette Powell of the 15th Georgia infantry regiment, Hancock County Volunteers. Discharged Oct. 8, 1863, "Incapable to perform duties.". Received $24.16 in pay. I have not taken it out of the frame that I found it in. Shows typical age related wear.
